Enjoy being near top restaurants and lively late-night spots along St. Charles Avenue.
House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm and check-out time is any time before 10 am. Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
