Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is any time before 10 am. Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
