Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent.
