Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction, with violators being charged a $500 fine.
