Street parking in the Central Business District and Warehouse District is $3.00 an hour, while parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee.

Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators being charged a $500 fine.
