A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee.

This apartment has convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. It is a 7-minute drive to Caesar’s Superdome & Smoothie King Center and a 3-minute walk to Caesar’s Casino & The Fillmore.
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500. The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
