Situated in the heart of Marigny, this apartment is in a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away, indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Noise is proactively monitored with decibel sensors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is one towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
