Bayou St John is delightful. It's safe; it's quiet and everything is easy to get to. City Park, the Esplanade triangle loaded restaurants. CC's Coffee shop is two and half blocks away. There is a bus stop and a corner store three blocks away. The apartment has been newly painted, the wood flooring downstairs is new. The Carpeting upstairs is new. It's a cute apartment in a great neighborhood. I live in the front and am responsive to my tenants needs.
