House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
