The townhouse has a maximum occupancy limit, and gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators of the occupancy limit may be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Guests must climb stairs to access the townhouse. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
