House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Gatherings of more than 16 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
