This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
