This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. One towel per guest per stay is provided. The minimum age to book is 22, except for students/interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No outside guests are allowed without permission. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
