No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. This home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card will be required prior to check-in. Guests will also be asked to confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
