Called inquiring about availability, and when asking a clarifying question, I was laughed at and hung up on mid-sentence.

Horrible communication

I should have seen the signs when I was applying to live here. They refused to communicate via email so there was no paper trail; this was very fun when they claimed they told me about fees over the phone but I had no record of that. They have repeatedly left notes on doors informing us of pest control or maintenance entry instead of calling or emailing. Now, they have closed the complex office from 3/16/20-4/13 without notice, and it was announced at 8:15pm, which is well after closing time. If… I did not have to deal with the management, my apartment would be a 4 (no storage space), and the complex would be a 3 (always loud except for around 6am). The gyms look nothing like these pictures, and people break through the security gates all the time. My building stairwells constantly stink of smoke and urine. Would not recommend for single females.
