It was my first time leasing an apartment and management was very helpful in giving me all the details necessary to make this my new home. Being so close to Magazine St is awesome, always something to do. All the amenities are also very nice and always kept so clean.

I've been here for a little over a week and despite having a pretty sparse apartment while my things arrive, the amenities have been amazing. I love the clubhouse; it's a perfect luxe coffee-house vibe (you can even grab some Starbucks from the machine if you really wanted to complete said vibe) and is fantastic for focus. Since it's July I've spent my time indoors and the fitness center makes it easy. The location is great and allows me and my pup to walk to at least two parks (that I've found... so far).
The staff is really friendly and patient. Being here on my own has been its own brand of stress, but knowing that the people here are professional and ready to help makes it easier.
