My Sister and brother in law are currently vacating this property, as an assistant manager of a property here in Washington myself, I am appalled at the deplorable conditions that they have been living in the past month. This property has done nothing to help with the flooding in the apartment home. The carpets are so saturated with water that when you step, it pools over your feet. They have called multiple times and they don’t even bother to answer the phone, they email, still no response.… There is black mold growing on the walls, in the vents and constant leaking in the kitchens and bedroom, not to mention over the electric outlets. It is a complete safety issue and violates so many health codes the building should be condemned. And yet, they post a notice on the door asking for rent but can’t be bothered to make my family’s living conditions safer? Completely and utterly unacceptable, Laguna Creek Apartments and their staff do not care about the safety of their residents. Seriously, what kind of property are you running? As property manager, you are the acting liaison between the residents of Laguna Creek Apartments and your corporate office. Have you done your due diligence? From the looks of it, certainly not.

I don’t recommend this place to the poorest person. The leasing office staff rude and lack in so much, SO MUCH. The apartment infested with bugs I never seen before!!! Then there’s knats, roaches & not to mention the spiders, & THE MOLD, SOCKETS NOT WORKING, & NOTHING GETS REPAIRED ON TIME!

Anyone thinking about moving here, don’t! I could name a million reasons, but for now I’ll just name a few. Our A/C has been breaking on & off since we moved in. The maintenance staff claims to fix it, but it always ends up breaking again! Water leaks through the walls and ceiling are common, so I hope you have an extra bucket! The ceiling in my bathroom is caving in. There’s mold in my bathroom and on my ceiling due to the constant water leaking from this one spot. There’s a wire hanging from… my ceiling that was supposed to be fixed when I moved in to “fix the a/c”, but it was never repaired! Don’t even waste your time trying to contact the front office because they won’t answer the phone. And don’t forget about the random charges they add to your rent every month! Stay far far away. It’s a shame that the crime in the East is the least of your worries in these apartments. I hope you don’t have a nice car because the gates are always wide open and never fixed. First off, it’s not in a good area & the upkeep of the property is terrible. Appliances were dirty and not modern, Bath tub was BLACK, and there was a huge dead roach on the floor and roach legs! Absolutely DISGUSTING!! This is not an over exaggeration, please do not waste your time!
