Awful Front Desk and Management

Living in my apartment complex has been a mixed experience. Unfortunately, my neighbor's consistent smoking has become a major issue. Despite the building's no-smoking policy, the front desk failed to address the problem adequately. Numerous complaints were made, but the neighbor continued without consequence. To make matters worse, when I sought relief by breaking my lease due to the persistent smoke intrusion, I was unexpectedly charged. It's disheartening when the rules aren't enforced,… leading to an unpleasant living situation and additional financial strain for residents who just want a smoke-free home.

Good Vibes

The Georgian has been so wonderful to live at. I'm always greeted with a smile from the staff! Maintenance is crazy fast responding to any issues I've had and property is very clean and well taken care of. I'm excited to come home to this beautiful building everyday :)

Overpriced with poor management

Crimes occur on the property and management does not care. Window smashed in the gate parking lot, packages stolen from your front door, and management does nothing.

We have recently sent letters to remind residents not to leave valuables in vehicles, and reminded couriers not to leave packages… unattended, but check them into the office instead. Great Place to Live!

I am a lifetime renter, and the Georgian is the best managed building I have ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance crew are not only friendly and helpful, but they also have an understanding of this building and our neighborhood that combine to keep the apartment community safe and comfortable.

Great building, great staff!

What a beautiful building! I came to visit a friend of mine from Tulane for a few days and fell in love with it! I was very impressed. Inside the apartment, it was drop dead gorgeous! The staff seemed so friendly and the people who help maintain the apartments really seem experienced. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move in!
