Don’t Waste Your Time !
I don’t know where to even begin. When we first moved in back in 2023 we had a good experience everything went smoothly had some minor issues with our dryer and took some time to fix and get a new one but ultimately our problem was fixed. We then had moved to the townhomes something a little bigger than we originally had and that’s when we started noticing things. First thing we noticed was the tubs had lots of rust in it we asked about it and never got fixed ultimately we gave up and tried to... cover it the best we could. We also noticed how badly the paint job was in the master bedroom as if they were covering something up. Later on we saw that mold was starting to create towards the ceiling and all over the bottom. Paint would chip from the shower floor.
Then as few months went by then things got worse. Our kitchen ceiling started flooding and this happened twice through the first year we were in that apartment. The maintenance guys did come and fix it but it just seemed they covered it quickly or didn’t do it right because the problem happened again. We then started noticing mice droppings. We never in a million years thought this was something we were going to be dealing with, we called maintenance and they came just put mice traps and that was it. Their pest control guys I feel like didn’t do much. They would just spray in the kitchen be there for maybe a minute and then leave. As time went by it got worse and worse, we started seeing them running across the kitchen.We were in our last months of leaving and moving so thankfully we were leaving soon but it literally got so bad that one night we were sleeping and I opened my eyes to seeing a mice on top of my head board !!! I never felt like we mattered to them. It seemed like they cared more about their events and putting effort into their new apartments than the ones they already had. Within a couple weeks we were gone thankfully.Also good luck getting your deposit back because we just fought getting ours back after 4 months ! Come to find out the manager never put a request to get our deposit back ! She had been lying to us saying about a “new policy” when non of her workers ever heard of a “new policy”. She’s been nothing but a nightmare am so glad am gone because that was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex ! I had to investigate to find a number from the O’Brien group so that they could help me with this matter ! They were no help at all please don’t waste your time !
