Terrible
This was a descent community. Gate has not worked in over 3 years, siding fell off building during last known hurricane, maintenance man doesn't do maintenance but hide in apartment 1/2 of the time he is here. Coyotes, raccoons, skunks be a dumpster at night which you can see them because there is no lighting. Been thru 5-6 property managers.
