Living at The Waters at West Village has been a pleasure. It is centrally located in a beautiful area and the property is always well maintained. The Management and staff are always helpful and friendly. There are simply too many good things to mention. I love it!!

It has its problems just like any other apartment complex. You have so many different people with different personalities. But for the most part the management team is great and the maintenance team is great. I just think for a luxury apartment complex it should be cleaner outside then what it is. The walkways are disgusting. They just cleaned the buildings last week and didn't even do the sidewalks. For a luxury apartment complex and for the amount of rent that we pay it should be cleaner than... what it is.

Nice place to live very clean. Maintenance is quick and awesome people in the office are really friendly the pool is beautiful and well maintained free.Starbucks coffee is definitely a plus especially in the morning

I love all the activities they do during the year specially the pool party we just had it was perfect!!! The community is peaceful and drama free I simply love it!!!
