I have lived in this apartment for the past three years. The management is very quick to respond to all concerns. It is an older unit, which is why the rent is reasonable. The area is very safe. There are also bright lights on in the evenings to keep it safer (my idea and they listened!). The rent does not increase that much, because they want long term tenants. Most of the tenants are older folks, so it is really quiet, but to be honest, once I close my doors, I can't hear a thing inside. The... doorbells even work, which is a change from my previous apartment. They take care of this place. The upkeep is great. I recommend it to all my friends.

Rental

The owner and landlord are very prompt in responding to problems and fixing anything that needs to be fixed.

They are easy to reach and the apartments are clean and parking is convenient.

Don't live here anymore (due to a work move) but haven't found a place as good since I was there.

Clean and Quiet

The apartment was clean and the building was quiet. Rent was reasonable. Loved the quick maintenance service. Super/owner always solved problems asap. Relocated bc of work. Great apartment.

nice apartment!

the place is definitely worth paying for. I would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable/nice and clean apartment in this area.

the staff is great! They listen when there is a problem and take action as soon as they can.
