Canebrake Apartment Homes

Canebrake has more amenities then any apartments that I know of. I love coming home everyday and seeing the ladies in the office, Cindy and Ally. Maintenance is superb and I have never had to wait longer than an hour for a work order to be performed. They have the best mocha cappuccinos.

Maintenance takes care of requests very quick! They've got a huge fitness center, pet park, and a dog washing station next to the on-site car wash. Very quiet and peaceful

The location of Canebrake is a little hidden, and I didn't know it was back there for the longest. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them. They are all very professional and Cindy was a lot of help. She answered all my questions and had a great personality as well. The whole team seemed to get along very well, and it was like a little family. They all talk very highly of their owners and management company, which I was very impressed by. Great vibes all around.

Canebrake Apartments have the best amenities. The brand new gym is huge with virtual trainers that make my workout easier with the spin bike and free weights. When I want to run on the treadmill I can escape and run through Bali, the desert and so much more. I can play games or lose myself on social media, which helps pass the time. I also love the dog park since I have 2 dogs and while walking others as a side hustle it gives me a place to take them. I love to cook outside and they have plenty… different grills to chose from. The egg, 2 propane grills and 2 charcoal grills. You literally do not need to go far from home since everything you need is right where you live. I can study at the pool with the wifi and cabanas or sit by the bar at the fireplace. From tennis to corn hole and horseshoes it’s easy to entertain your guest when they visit. I can not forget the basketball and tennis court. I am looking forward to getting the dog washing station that I keep hearing about. Cindy and Stephanie are always so helpful and smiling when I come through the door. Maintenance is superb. I know we are in different times where it’s hard to find employees with covid and other things life is trying to throw at us, but don’t overlook this hidden gem. Rosa has the sweetest demeanor that is very approachable. As I meet her in the gym she sprays down all of the equipment with a machine, then comes back to wipe them down. You can tell she loves her job as well as the others. I feel it will be hard to ever leave.
