I haven't had any issues during my 2 year stay. I'm do thankful for that. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others. The maintenance and office staff are really nice

The things that Myami provides such as breakfast bars for us residents help make Colonial Plaza home and the place you should want to live in!

I’ve only been here about half a month, but so far my experience has been really positive. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, which was important to me when choosing a new place to live.

The neighbors I’ve met have been friendly and welcoming, and there’s already a strong sense of community. I’ve noticed the complex also hosts community events, which is a nice touch and shows they care about creating a connected environment for residents.

Another major plus is the location —... it’s close to some of the best shopping centers and great places to eat, so everything you need is just minutes away. Overall, my first impression has been great and I’m looking forward to continuing to settle in and enjoy the community.
