Love living in these apartments. Very peaceful, quiet and safe. Maintenance is top notch and they come very quickly to fix things. I actually lived here 10 years ago and decided to move back over here. So glad I made that choice.

Phenomenal. Love my in unit washer and dryer. Love how spacious it is. Comes with all utilities. Spacious pantry. Perfect for me, being a college student.

I really enjoy living in this community and appreciate how quiet and peaceful the environment stays. The office staff is always respectful and professional whenever I need assistance. Additionally, the location is perfect for my family, as it's conveniently close to my daughter’s school and local amenities. Overall, it has been a very positive resident experience.

Clean apartments in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Management and staff are wonderful. Lots of shopping close by. I highly recommend Colonial Plaza!
