There is nothing to do keep promising fitness center for 10 years no gate around property no court for kids they don’t give incentives anymore

I’ve absolutely loved my time at colonial plaza. It’s quiet, but they have plenty of activities if you like the neighborhood connection. I would recommend living here to anyone and everyone!

Quality of services and amenities are going either down or staying the same. Still waiting on new rocking chairs for my buildings front porch for the past 4 years. Rent steadily increases every year with little to show for it.
