Colony Square

I applied here on behalf of a friend who was trying to start over, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. The woman in the office was very rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to finish speaking or explain the situation. When I called for assistance, she hung up on me while I was still talking. Customer service and communication are extremely important during the application process, and this experience fell far below what I would expect. Colony square is a great place to live and is an awesome property and the manager summer is awesome as well she is willing to help out in any way she can it has been no incidents here since I been here I been here going on 3 years now come on and join the property you will love your new home

I really am glad I decided to rent from Colony Square! The size of the apartment for the amount that I pay is amazing !! I Haven’t had any problems so far, and I’ve been here since March ! Summer is very patient and willing to help if you get confused! You don’t have to wait to wash clothes the laundry room is open 24hrs 2 pools and definitely in a prime location to get any of your needs. Did I mention that it’s very quiet .. but if you in doubt just try them out !!

Just moved in on March 6th and I must say outside of waiting for the app to go thru and be finished, it was a seamless experience...No complaints. Office and grounds are clean and quiet. Thanks guys for your help

I have been hear for a year and I have enjoyed living here great management staff and personnel that makes you feel welcomed and part of a family. If you move here you will love the experience .
