Love it here! Great staff and love my apartment. I have found it to be a good value for the price. Nice pool area with friendly neighbors. Laundry is good. Lake is definitely a plus! Have lived here for four years with no problems.

Been living here going on 4 months and I highly recommend you don’t move here due to the lack of these apartments. They are very outdated and very cramped in. Bedroom doesn’t own a door and bathroom is very small only to fit one occupancy. Sink is cramped also. Ac sucks you burn up during summer after numerous complaints it still isn’t fixed. Swimming pool here was not very maintained at times garbage would float at time and be underneath the bottom. No shade umbrella directly in the sun so... always wear sunscreen. My WiFi stayed not working due to my WiFi company coming out to test the wall outlet has been outdated for some time. Read More

When I first moved here, I loved the property and would recommend it to anyone. But over the years the upkeep of the property is not the same. The flowers and greenery are beautiful, but the apartments are not being updated as the price goes up. The apartments are cozy and use to have guidelines to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Now dogs running loose and not on leash with owners, and cats are everywhere. Management use to send out notices to help keep the residents aware of what... is going on to help keep them safe, and to inform residents of what is expected. That hasn't happened in the last two years. I did enjoy living here but now I see the property going in the direction of the property next door. Love it here so peaceful, only issue I have is my upstairs neighbor stomps and kid run all day

I called to get information on an apartment. I was immediately greeted with the most friendliness from Heather. I went in, viewed the apartment, and I was talking to her. Even though we was talking about our pets that we have, she made me feel right at home. The property is beautiful, apartment (model) in very good shape, she explained to me if I get a top floor unit and more.
