    poor experience.

    the only reason I’m giving two stars is because Ariel is the kindest soul. maintenance is quick, but they will try to make you feel bad for even calling or not immediately knowing how to resolve the situation yourself. it’ll also take MULTIPLE requests to get a singular issue fixed. the weed smell is constant and LOUD. it’ll never get properly resolved either. there’s an ongoing issue with vehicle burglaries and just questionable subjects around the property in general, management refuses to… properly address either concern. don’t expect all of the amenities to work properly, ever. the hidden utilities fees are astonishing. I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.
