Worst Experience Ever

I have lived here for less than 45 days and have had the worst experience ever! My tires and rims were stolen while living here. No cameras on property, no security personnel, and definitely not gated as they advertise on their website. 10/10 do not recommend!

Love the staff

Absolutely amazing property. It was very clean and the staff was very informative about all of the amenities. The pool and the workout area is very close together, which is a plus because I am a swimmer and I work out before I swim. I absolutely love the fountain on the property And I was informed that I could fish that was a big plus for me. I was confused about some of the fees, but the manager of the property overheard the conversation with her staff. And she immediately began to make me feel… comfortable about all of the fees thank you to the wonderful staff of this property. I look forward to moving in soon.

"Looking Forward"

I have toured several properties in the Shreveport area; I am moving here due to my job. I called and scheduled a tour; at the time I was not expecting the kindness that I received, even over the phone, due to other places I have called in Shreveport... I spoke with Shon, she was very informative. I made it to the property and upon my arrival, it was beautiful.
The staff was absolutely amazing. The manager, Ms. Black stepped in the conversation and made my visit very pleasant.
This is by far… the best property in this area. The customer service is just TOP TIER!! I am looking forward to making this my new home.
