Because of the staff at Riverdale, my move into my new apartment went so smoothly! I love my apartment I hardly ever have any maintenance issues and when I do the tech is always out in a timely manner.

These apts have went downhill! If you have a housing voucher, please be careful because they will max your voucher out for more than what the apartment's rent is. If you've never had roaches, you will have them if you move here. If you live in the front, they're kinda quiet. From the middle to the back, it's awful! Grown people hang out, do whatever they do, they steal your packages, females fight in their apt with their live in boyfriend, who may not even be on the lease. Riverdale have the worst lazy maintenance men I have ever say in my life. They do work order like they finished the job and have not. U call them on call and they don’t want to come And say on my way and never show up or I will be there on Sunday. I never saw any thing like this. If u don’t want to do your job don’t be in the maintenance business.

Only been here a month and takes them forever to fix anything!! AC has been out for 3 days and they lie and blame it on the AC guy. Before paying deposit make sure you have water pressure, tub drains and you have water pressure because they will tell you every day they will fix it,,,, but they WON'T.
