We have not had hot water for a month now. They continue to say they’ll fix it and haven’t yet. I feel having hot water is the bare minimum a person could ask for and this place can’t even provide that. Also our mailbox got broken into AGAIN along with all our neighbors. Trash everywhere outside tops it off.

Very Unprofessional & unreliable when we ask to look at an apartment she reminded us that they don’t work on Sundays but can work with us because of our work schedule she said she can get us in on Sundays @11 and when we arrive no one wasn’t in the office and we stay 40 minutes outta Shreveport and it was just a waste of gas

If you live here you will never know when you’ll have water. They randomly cut it off. We haven’t had hot water in 3 days. The place is infested with bugs and you pay a pest fee for no one to come. Be ready to take cover for all the shootings. Place smells like nothing but weed. Maintenance will say that fixed your issue on that app when they’ve never even showed up. The mail boxes are constantly being broke into.

The apartments was big and had lost of space, and it was very quiet. The management took a minute to fix my air more like months while it’s 100 degrees in the summertime. Also when I moved here I was just paying rent and out of no where they start saying I have to pay utilities but it wasn’t in my contract. Exactly unprofessional and unorganized. Other than that it’s a good apartment. New stove and everything and the work with you with your payments.

Ive been here since June and Ive had absolutely no issues! Maintenance does their jobs, office staff is friendly, Quiet area!
