These apartments are not what I was expecting at all. I was thinking luxury would include an ice maker. Lol. Apt is unfinished and dirty. Lots of errors and missing part.

In the last year or two I've noticed a really big effort from the staff here to improve things. I love the new gazebo and the cleaned up bushes area by the main pool. As soon as we had an issue with mud in the gazebo area they've made a new concrete support platform for it. You can tell the difference with a proactive and professional property manager. The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are all really great. 5 Stars!

Not exactly thrilled with a 30$/month increase due to water. Things are going down hill quickly. Trash everywhere because people can’t compact the garbage or are too lazy to take the garbage up there. Kids running wild… just a shame.

I understand an increase is never popular but can be necessary. We have not had a utility increase in a number of years and due to their prices going up it was a must. Doing staff hours trash is always taken care of and have increased hours to Sunday... to help with this issue. Thank you for your feedback.

Ashford has a diverse population, and it is close to schools and shopping centers. Overall, it is good place to live. It will be nice, if they bring back car wash within Ashford. It is very useful for all.

Management is rude and unprofessional. They don’t listen to your concerns and if they do they will make you feel like are living here for free.
Two stars because they actually did help with some maintenance issues. But overall experience with the people in leasing office has been horrible.
