I have to say - I do live in the best apartment - I have a view of the pond - my window opens to east and my patio gets the west sun perfect for my patio garden also I get the west sun in evening - The GyM is a okay it meet my wants and needs very gateful - the team that is running this complex - Super team - listening to them they work like a family (Great Team) - Great interviewing to build this team

Everyone is friendly, apartment was nice on arrival, relatively quick response times from the office as well. Pool looks well maintained, fishing pond is a nice touch.

Most Welcoming
From day one when I contacted Ashford Place I feel like everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. They helped me step by step with that application process and when I showed up unannounced for a tour they went out of their way. I can't wait to move in and participate in community events.

Great place to live. Minus the rising rent prices every year and the broken gate. But besides those problems it is a great complex with great amenities
