Ashford Place

Beautifully maintained property! The grounds are kept mowed and trimmed. After recent ice storm, clean up began as soon as possible and is proceeding quickly. The buildings are well maintained too. All have been reroofed in last couple of years. When I’ve reported a repair needed or maintenance issue, they came relatively quickly to fix it. Office staff is friendly and professional. Peaceful community, lovely facilities, poor maintenance. Two bedroom apartments are very comfortable and cozy. Tubs are big. Kitchen sink in shallow. Apartment has plenty of windows.

It was a very seamless process with no fuss or mishaps. The process was also quick and my apartment was up to par at move-in. I would recommend this community!
