Ideally situated in Monroe’s safest and most convenient area, with friendly neighbors and easy access to restaurants, shops, I-20, and more. The staff is good enough.

Very good so far. Still needing some items addressed but I haven’t been too anxious I know office is busy. I also noticed I do not have the correct door hardware in master. No lock, different knob. Still need batteries in smoke detectors and floor is still not repaired. The garbage disposal has been broke since I’ve been here. Guy came and said it needed to be reset, but doesn’t work for me.

We still love it. Just about everything a person could need. It is everything if you consider the Walmart next door. Still feels like a vacation.

I’ve had such a great experience moving in! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everyone from the leasing office makes you feel like a valued resident. The community is clean, quiet, and safe.
