Excellent great perfect apartment comfortable space it’s good.

Cheap and matinee reflects that.

Been living here 5 years. Tub Doesn't have a working drain plug, just two holes where one should be installed. Hole in the wall behind the toilet. Tiles in bathroom coming up from dry rot around tub. Oven door doesn't close so baking pastries is nearly impossible. Floor cabinets come off wall. No place for appliances on counters in kitchen. Screen door has been broken for years. All things we have mentioned on a regular basis but have never been fixed.

On a good note, landlord and the like… leave you alone as long as you pay rent on time. Is pet friendly besides dogs. Huge yard great for kids. Just don't break anything.
