Safe and Comfortable Building in a Sometimes Noisy Neighborhood
This building is a block and a half away from the B line, a 30 minute commute to downtown Boston. Management cleans the building every week or two, so the common areas are well-maintained. If you're a grad student or young professional, do take note that this area has a lot of college-age tenants, so it can be noisy on warm spring and fall evenings. Because of this, it can sometimes be difficult to get work done or fall asleep, but on the bright side the neighborhood is quiet all summer after... students move out. Most apartments in the buildings have at least two large closets. The landlord offers parking spaces for rent behind the building. We're a 15 minute walk to Coolidge Corner for great shopping and dining, and even closer to some of the best bars and restaurants in Allston-Brighton. There's a good laundromat down the block, right next to one of the area's best fine wine and liquor stores (plenty of craft beer!).
