Great Place to Live in a Quiet, Well-Maintained Community

I lived at Gardner Lake for over three years and had a great experience. It’s located in a quiet residential area and sits right across from the lake and some small hiking trails, which makes it a really enjoyable and relaxing place to live.

The grounds are consistently well maintained, the common areas are clean, and there’s plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. Maintenance was always responsive, professional, and easy to work with.

The community is well managed, and everything... is kept in great condition, which really shows when you live there over time. Overall, I had no complaints during my time there and am only moving due to a job change. I would absolutely recommend Gardner Lake to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept, and comfortable place to live.

first and only apartment

Over priced for what you get. Loud neighbors. Management is rude and will forget appointments and won’t fix problems in a timely manner unless you keep calling. Security deposit? Say goodbye to it even with normal wear and tear.

We appreciate your feedback, it is unfortunate these concerns were not expressed ahead of your move out. We hold ourselves to a high standard, our full-time maintenance staff is normally very responsive however your comments indicate something... slipped through the cracks and we have room for improvement. As an anonymous review we are not sure of your exact security deposit situation, we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions. Most residents leave their apartments in excellent condition but there can be limited situations where unusual damages exceed normal use and charges may apply.

Ghosted After a Scheduled Showing.

I called the renter, made an appointment for a showing, and was told to call said renter when I got there. Well, I drove 30 miles to get there and called them when I arrived. No one answered, so I waited for 20 minutes and called several more times, even leaving a voicemail, and no one got back to me. Very unprofessional. I hope others do not experience this.
