I’ve been living at Brook Haven for almost 20 yrs quiet,grounds kept beautiful. People are friendly, maintenance on top of things, Catlyn and Lori fantastic,I’m a senior and there are times I don’t understand certain things Lori no matter how busy will stop and very patiently will walk me through. Always greets me with a smile. Lori is a gem.

Great 10 years at Brook Haven

- Well maintained property with plenty of open space
- Quiet neighborhood
- Secure buildings; I never had a package stolen, I have even had one returned to me when it was delivered to the wrong building
- Friendly staff; understanding and patient when my renter's insurance lapsed ... every year
- Friendly and responsive maintenance crew

I rented a corner apartment on the second floor facing the East and South:
- Sun all day long with a tree for shade on one side
- 400 sq ft Jr. 1-bed
- Carpet… throughout, except kitchen and bathroom of course
- Half-kitchen; perfect for one person
- Great shower!!! Strong water pressure, hot water forever :-)

Terrible smell/Air quality

Poor ventilation, constantly need to run AC to remove musky/damp smell. Amenities are barebones, just there for show so they can put it on features for ads. Otherwise livable and low cost.

Perfect Place

I have been living at Brook Haven Estates for many years now.
I have never had any issues, I only have positive feedback.
The staff is fantastic and very quick to respond to any issues if there are any. Maintenance is superb, always quick and very friendly. The grounds are kept up to perfection.
When I first came here I was in a 3rd floor apartment, as soon as a second floor because available I grabbed it.
I feel safe here.
I do not see myself looking to live any place else.

Beautiful Complex, unlike any other!

Been here 7 years & only moving due to needing another bedroom. I can say it has been a pleasure living here & the property is always kept up! So beautiful in the spring & summer.. as well as when it snows in winter! Friendlist staff ever! We’ll miss it for sure!
