Great location

The properties (Hill Estates has 5 big buildings and many houses) are very close to everything, easy access to the bus, walking and bike friendly. My apt is good size, has 2 bed, 2 bath with a balcony and 2 parking spots. The building is older but seems like management try to keep up with it.
