My boyfriend, his son and I, moved in a month ago. We are very happy to have our own place. The location is perfect. We love being back in Beverly. We have finally finished unpacking and can’t wait to settle in. My boyfriend’s son is very exited to go swimming now the pool is open! The management team is wonderful! So friendly and helped us with every inquiry.

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom in February, and so far we are very pleased with the community! The property is very well kept and clean, and we are super excited to use the pool once it gets warmer. I love that the property is pet friendly, as that is really hard to find nowadays. The entire application & move in process was easy & stress free. Devin has been so friendly & welcoming since our first email communication, and she made the application & move in process so easy and... stress free. I also love the amount of space & storage in our unit. I can’t say enough good things about Folly Hill!
