Welcome to Folly Hill Meadows Apartments! Situated right off of route 128 in Beverly, our property has over 26 acres of land for pets and residents to explore! We currently have 3 different layouts of 1 bedroom apartments available, and 2 bedroom... apartments at 1000 SF. Both offer plenty of living space with several large closets throughout for storage, along with a kitchen that features ample cabinet space and updated appliances. We love pets! Cats and dogs are welcome. Laundry is located on the second floor of each building, all machines are updated and accept electronic payments.

We have a fitness center, clubhouse and saltwater pool available for tenant use at no additional cost.

Loving our new home!

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom in February, and so far we are very pleased with the community! The property is very well kept and clean, and we are super excited to use the pool once it gets warmer. I love that the property is pet friendly, as that is really hard to find nowadays. The entire application & move in process was easy & stress free. Devin has been so friendly & welcoming since our first email communication, and she made the application & move in process so easy and... stress free. I also love the amount of space & storage in our unit. I can’t say enough good things about Folly Hill!

Great management team and clean complex

I just moved in last week and so far so good! The management and maintenance teams here are extremely accommodating and respond almost immediately to requests. Devin and Jen are wonderful to work with during the application process.

New Rental


I just recently moved into a one bedroom with my wife here and the whole application process was smooth and not filled with unnecessary fees. Devin handled the sale of our apartment and she was very kind and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this place to friends.

Property is great

Folly hill meadows is a great place to live. Parking is rough sometimes but the maintenance and staff are completely attentive and respond right away. They communicate about everything going on and have always been great. Thanks for a geat 6 years.
