The staff are great especially the lady’s in the leasing office. Carmen. Heather and Rose are always helpful and are so nice to me and my daughter when we have anything we need at office

When you want maintenance, They are there with in minutes.
When you walk into the office
there is always smiling faces greeting you!
fixing any problem anything you ask them.
I read the review about the snow. I have never encounter this problem. The steps are shoveled at 6am
the plow is there, Backhoe cleaning up the parking spaces when someone leaves. No one has ever asked me to move my car ,they wait until people leave then remove the snow.

No maintenance for important issues such as
cleanliness of hallway and laundry rooms
pretreatment to avoid icy parking lots
charging illegal pet fees
overcrowding
cockroaches
no security, packages get stolen
all rent goes to overhead profits for Harbor Group Management, none of it goes back into the property

My car tires & rims got stolen. Once i called the office and asked if they have cameras installed they said NO. It's not a safe place to live

Thank you for the review. We're so sorry that this happened to you! Unfortunately, this is not exclusive to Middlesex Crossing or Billerica. One of our competitors in Burlington reported several similar incidents just a couple of weeks ago and last... fall, areas surrounding Billerica - Stoneham, Wakefield and Wilmington - had similar issues. If you haven't already, you may want to consider reaching out to your renters insurance provider. Again, we're so sorry for the expense and inconvenience.

I am so glad I rented at Middlesex Crossing in Billerica, MA. The area is quiet and clean, the kitchen of my apartment was newly renovated and has new stainless appliances. The people at the management office are great and easy to work with. You'll like living here.
