A minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages will be charged if violated. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning or damage costs. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days. Longer stays may have a reasonable usage cap; overages will be billed at cost. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Extra cleanings are available for a fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late check-out may be possible with prior approval.
