This is the first floor unit of a 3 family house in lower Allston. My sister previously lived in this unit for 15 years (she just bought a house and is moving out). 2nd floor tenants have been in the house for 7 years. This is the only rental property I own, so you can expect a prompt response to any issues that might arise.
