Guests must complete a pre-arrival verification, including a valid ID and selfie; the primary guest must be 21 or older. A refundable pre-authorization hold is required before check-in. For your safety, the building has security cameras in common hallways and noise monitoring devices in the unit. There are no cameras in any private spaces. Any felonies or misdemeanors on your background may result in denied access. Undeclared guests will incur a $150 charge per person. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per hour.
