The property management company simply ignores requests and demeans us when we ask for basic needs like: garage door openers, key fobs for the front door, fixing the kitchen cabinet that is falling off the wall. We moved across country site unseen and man did we screw up. This place as ruined our initial months in Boston. Would never rent again.

This property could not be run more poorly if they tried. The property managers who run this building simply do not answer any maintenance request. Despite being a brand new building we have a laundry list of maintenance issues which are blatantly ignored. For the money, find a different place to live.
