There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Any instance of breaking these rules will result in immediate booking cancellation, with security and police involvement. Surveillance cameras are used in common areas and the exterior of the building. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they may be held responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for each guest entering the apartment over the number specified in the booking. A late check-out fee of $50 per hour may apply.
