There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time.
