Would give it zero stars if it was possible. The building is always dirty and smelly. Packages get stolen all the time. Management is unreasonable and imposed fines left and right. When you actually need to talk to them they never respond in a timely manner. The fire alarm goes off almost every Monday morning.

I recently moved into Tremont 1457 and am absolutely in love with my new apartment. When I first got in contact with the agent from 617 Living I thought it was too good to be true. This was truly the best experience I've had renting in Boston as they were so incredibly helpful and professional.
Everything here is so modern and clean! Best of all - my private balcony has an amazing view of the Boston Skyline that I CANNOT stop taking pics of. Can't wait until it warms up so I enjoy the roof... deck :)
