How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth it

Corporate run entity that has little regard for humans, or known as tenants, or simply revenue generators. You pay and deal with all problems, their will likely be no resolution. Good luck out there folks.

Avoid this place

The worst manager and employee I have ever seen.
(1) don't have ability to solve the noise problem and keep throwing balls to others for months.
(2)play tricks on the resident and lie, they can even deny something they said yesterday.
(3)keep delaying things with too many excuses.
Conclusion: Just avoid living here. if you need the details, I can give you plenty. I will let everyone that I know avoid this place.

Do not move here...

I wouldn't live here for free if it was an option. The noise from in between the floor of the upstairs apartment and our ceiling is a major issue and the building has done nothing to enforce quiet hours. I've had to call Braintree police dept to file a noise complaint at 1am on a Thursday with loud music and a party going on upstairs. The people who live there are rude and know exactly what they are doing to disturb the peace. The carpeting in the hallways hasn't been professionally cleaned... since the building opened a year and a half ago and there are spills, crumbs, other collective dirt and trash in hallways and stairwells. There is dog pee covering the lawn area at the back entrance of the building and dogs aren't supposed to be allowed in the courtyard on the turf grass area but many residents don't obey this policy and the building once again does nothing to enforce it. This building has a lot of work it needs to do if they want to keep their residents happy. We can't wait to move out.
