Headache , huge regret!!!
Been here since 2012 seen ownership switch over about 3 or 4 times, nothing gets fixed neighbors are out of control, (not all but)….. really fast to send bill to your door but that is the only thing they are quick about, if you have a issue or a dispute they will pass you around, say they will get back to you , say that they will pass it on to someone else ect. Grew up in Braintree and all locals know that when you even mention word (skyline) you will get a head shake of some sort because this... place has a huge stigma, very eager to move out!!!!

Please save yourself a headache. Do not move here
This place is drug infested. Management is horrible. There is only 1 maintenance staff on the property for over 200 apartments. You will regret it. Moved her 8 months ago and nothing but problems. The staff will tell you that you can move out.

Here 22 years and this is the best group of staff I have seen
Many people complain but the new management is making things better. They don't like it because finally they are enforcing the rules. But I like it and am happy things have changed drastically.

Good place to live but some neighbors have to go.
So close to Boston and the T I can't complain. It appears they are still trying to clean up some of the bad residents that I am learning to have to deal with for now. Hope that happens soon, but I love my new place.

Management
My daughter has lived at Skyline with her two kids 9 years. He has no closet doors oh, she has mold one bedroom and her bathroom my grandkids have asthma that is not good then not doing nothing about it if my grandkids get seriously ill from the mold I will sue Skyline I've already spoken to a lawyer about this place it's a goddamn dump I don't recommend anybody with kids to move in this place.
