I don’t know what type of business model this is but it’s a strange one? It says they have availability and you call, email and message them and no one picks up. Absolutely no one for days. It must be awful for those already living here and needing assistance. Looks like a great building, but this really sucks :/

No Response

I’ve also tried contacting this property multiple times. I have yet to hear back from anyone at all. It’s disappointing and I didn’t want to believe the last reviews because people do have bad days sometimes. But the lack of communication now before even being able to visit is concerning. This is probably an issue for residents currently as well I’d assume. A great looking building with amenities but it seems like they have no workers lol. Oh well.

I’ve been trying for months just to get through to these people. I’ve left messages and emails and still no response. Not a good way to begin. A relationship with someone interested in renting. I have heard terrible reviews and this is a new establishment. It’s not starting off very well!

POOR COMMUNICATION

WOW, zero stars. I DID get someone by phone, they are SUPER HORRIBLE. SO mean, SO rude, screaming at me. Buyer beware, do NOT even contact them. Refused to talk to manager, refused to give me corporate information. Screaming at me!!!!! STAY AWAY - she actually called me back and screamed at me for over 3 minutes. OH MY STAY AWAY
