Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building for $15 per night. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night.
