Each guest has 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure a smooth check-in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time frame will be postponed until the next day. Violators of the maximum guest capacity will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. All guests are required to submit a government photo ID and email address prior to access. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. Please do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Please do not interact with building staff or the maintenance team; you must always communicate with us, as your host. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee.
