I have lived in multiple apartment buildings and this was by far the worst experience I have had with regard to the building's management team. They consistently tried to overcharge our accounts (over half of the 12-month lease we had to contact the office to let them know the amount owed was incorrect), and they are very stringent with the security deposit (they took over half of it for a 30-minute cleaning job). Never have had such a poor experience, would not recommend.

Don't waste your money and rent at Elevate Cambridge
loft. The apartment prices are very steep, the
apartments are terrible (no human should pay to live in
those conditions). The inside looks unfinished and the
space is very very small. In summer it's terribly humid
inside (my clothes and books felt damp all the time), in
winter it is so cold that the heating doesn't warm
enough the apartment, you will end up paying
electricity bill in the amount $200 per month in winter.
Not only apartments are... small, but there's no
wardrobe. I had more than few times issues with warm
water and one time the water was dripping from the
ceiling. The shower floor was leaking water, i had to
clean the bathroom floor every time after shower. The
maintenance team didn't get any work done when i
needed it. When i moved out they took fake photos
from somewhere else and misrepresented it as extra
cleaning work in order to make more money. They
dropped one charge when i pressed but i got tired of
one week email back and forth. Yes, they did it. The
most of lease consultants are passive aggressive, they
even don't listen to address your issues. No sunlight
comes inside apartments. It's kinda depressing after
some time. The morning 7 am, trash truck will wake you
up. The dust from construction nearby will pile up in
your apartment regardless how many times you clean
every week. The bathroom is small and isn't well
maintained. If you are willing to spend so much money
to rent an apartment, look somewhere else. You will

I had a mice infestation in my apartment and wanted to terminate the lease however the leasing office refuses to terminate my lease without paying 2 months. Which isn't fair because pest control and leasing office both determined that my apartment was sanitary and it was not my fault that mice were here.
I also saw mice when I was going to the gym!
On top of that, days after the pest control came, I bought mice traps off of amazon and i caught one with my own trap! After pest control came. The... problem is still persisting and I want to leave but they are asking me to pay a fortune when it's their fault. Leasing office is ignorant, biased and inconsiderate. They don't care. They are incredibly condescending and won't respect you. A majority of my experiences with management have been rude and I have never felt so demeaned. I don't recommend this building as no one seems to care about this issue or residents concerns. Also, when I first saw the mice, I immediately booked a hotel room and contacted the leasing office however they refuse to compenstate me by lowering my monthly rent or by breaking my lease. Regular issues with other tenets partying until 3 AM during weekdays. No response from management. Regular issues with other tenets smoking marijuana to the point that my laundry smells like it. No response from management. Regular issues with the hot water. No response from management. You get the gist. Cannot recommend you stay away enough. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
